If you are busy, ask the technician to perform the work in the background using the Telemetry helpdesk support app. Not all problems can be resolved while you work, but many issues can be fixed without you having to transfer control of your desktop to us. The only caveat is that you may notice your computer running a bit slower while the technician is working. Before starting, ask the technician if the issue you are having can be fixed without interrupting your work.
